Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS. Delivery times typically range from 1-5 business days after your order has been processed, depending on your location.

Please note that orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Vyxen Couture is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.

Order Verification
For security purposes, orders with billing and shipping information that do not match may require additional verification before shipment. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud.
